LUCA VALENTE

After graduating in Intellectual Property Law from the University of Turin, Luca Valente obtained an LLM in Munich in Intellectual Property & Competition Law. Luca gained several experiences abroad: in Washington D.C. at the GPDD, an organization created by the World Bank, in Germany, at a renowned law firm and at the EPO (European Patent Office) and, finally, in Spain at the EUIPO (European Intellectual Property Office). 

Luca Valente has been a tutor for the WIPO (World Intellectual Property Organization) Academy in the course on trademarks, industrial design and geographical indications. Luca Valente is also a visiting lecturer at the Faculty of Law of Jindal Global University in India.

He assists national and international clients in the field of intellectual property and competition. Luca advises and  provide assistance in strategies for the development, protection and enforcement of intellectual property.  Luca's expertise also extends to administrative law, in particular in the field of public procurement and in matters relating to the obtaining of geographical indications or the amendment of the relevant specifications.

Luca Valente assists clients before courts specialized in industrial and intellectual property matters as well as in proceedings before national and European patent and trademark offices and, in matters of competence, before administrative courts.
