IP & Immaterial Targets
It is a due diligence on the investor side focused on the intangible assets - technological, brand image or other nature - of the target company of the acquisition or financing operation, aimed at verifying the effective existence of exclusive rights and protection on key assets and, if requested, to give them a value.

It consists of two types of advice, which can be requested separately:
​
- legal verification, aimed at verifying the degree of effective protection of the IP in the target company,
​
- accounting valuation aimed at correctly valuing the intangible assets of the target company.
​
It ends with the issue of a report that identifies the criticalities and strengths of the intangible assets of the target company and, if required, with an enhancement of these assets.
IP & Immaterial Assets
It is the same target IP & Immaterals service, but focused on one or more specific intangible assets (technology, brand, patent, product, service, brand or company, brand image etc.) which are the subject of the acquisition or operation of financing.
