NICOLA D. ROMANO

Nicola Romano was a partner and worked for major firms in Italy and the United States. Nicola was also the general counsel of one of the most important Italian construction companies.

Nicola assists in transactions and disputes for foreign companies in the construction, IT, financial, fashion  and educational sectors in Italy and abroad.

Nicola Romano has a significant "in house" background, dealing with joint ventures, management of disputes, organizational models and compliance activities with respect to national (Legislative Decree 231/2001) and international rules.

He graduated in law - from the State University of Milan with a thesis on the legal protection of software in France and Italy. Also, he obtained a Masters in tax law at the Bocconi University and an Ll.M in international business & trade at “The John Marshall Law School” Chicago, 2001 with a scholarship abroad for merits.
