MARK BOSSHARD

After a master degree in law and a Ph.D in intellectual property law, for more than twenty years - besides teaching IP and IT law in Italian and foreign universities and law schools - Mark Bosshard assisted national and international clients in the IP law related aspects of the management and protection of technical intangibles and other immaterial assets.
