It is a service for inventors, innovative start-ups, and in general companies or people who have an innovative idea (both technological and image, service or business) and who intend to develop it into a product or service.

The service consists of three necessary phases and a possible one:

First stage: Framing

- fix the terms of the idea in order to translate it into a possible product / service;

- identify the industrial property rights that adequately protect it.

Second phase: Funding

- identify potential forms / financing strategies to develop the idea;

- identify possible options together with the company  lenders;

- follow the negotiations with the lenders involved.

Third phase: Development

- identify the resources external to the company that may be necessary to develop the idea into a product / service

- identify the best tools and forms (contracts and companies) to proceed with development together with third parties;

- identify possible partners together with the company and follow the negotiations for the stipulation of development contracts.

Fourth phase (if any): Vigilance

- ongoing consultancy during the execution of funding and development contracts in order to verify their correct execution.
